# IODD Files Directory Guide This directory contains firmware updaters, utilities, and VHD management tools for IODD devices. ## 1. Firmware Updater (`iodd_firmware_updater`) * This is the recommended firmware updater. Files are provided in the format `iodd_firm_upd-xxx`. * Older firmware versions can be found in the `archive_2531_etc` folder. ## 2. Utilities (`util` folder) ### 2-1. IODD_Admin_Manager * **Supported Devices**: IODD MINI PRO, IODD ST400 * **Description**: The Admin Manager is a specialized Windows application that allows administrators to manage encryption settings, user permissions, and device locking/unlocking directly from a PC. ### 2-2. IODD_TRIM_Tool * **Description**: IODD TRIM Tool is a universal TRIM utility that improves SSD write speeds for any external USB drive. ## 3. VHD Management Tools (`vhd_tools`) * **Description**: **VHD Tool++** is a specialized utility designed to manage virtual disk images for IODD devices. This program is designed exclusively for **Windows environments**. Beyond standard Virtual CD-ROM booting, IODD supports Virtual USB Flash Drive and Windows-To-Go (WTG) booting through the use of VHD files.
